Organisational Development
RBKS is a vibrant civil society organization sensitive towards the latest development at community in tribal area and development scenario. RBKS keeps it updated on the issues by participating in various regional and state level trainings/ Exposure/Seminars/ Workshops attended Every year RBKS undertake an intensive internal review of the organization through analysis and an examination of the internal and external forces affecting our growth, existence, expansion, expectations and performance.
RBKS is fuelled by the everlasting energy of our team ( See Staff structure) whose Capacity Building in Sustanability and application thus Awareness camps, Training and Exposure visits have been focus of all the projects and programms undertaken by RBKS. Considering training as a major component in developing the capacity of its staff and community workers so that they are socially and technically equipped for under taking the initiatives in development. This year community members, workers and staff participated in many important programs, seminars and workshops.
